S.510 can be stopped right at your state governor’s door. Unless our governors give permission and designate one or more agencies inside your state to contract with USDA/FDA, they cannot implement, enforce or otherwise criminalize agriculture in your state.

Subsection (5) CODEX questions whether or not to implement CODEX, when the writers of this bill are fully aware that implementation has been ongoing since the creation of the World Trade Organization in 1992. The CODEX committees have been meeting in Washington regularly and as recently as June of this year finalizing Codex.
