Farm Wars

Amo 4:7   And also I have withholden the rain from you, when [there were] yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.

When the rain ceases, when the clouds burst, when the sea crashes in, when drought threatens to destroy all that we have worked for and we are left wondering where our next meal will come from, who do we turn to? If the mega-corporations have their way, it will be them.

Weather control, geoengineering, and genetic modification are man’s attempt to take over the earth’s natural ecosystem and design it according to his own limited concept. But is it wise, prudent, or safe to leave the re-designing of the earth up to some men in little white lab coats who think they have uncovered the secrets of the universe and know how to manipulate them for profit?

Farmers and ranchers understand that successful crops depend on the weather. Weather is the one thing in all of our best laid plans that cannot be controlled… until now. The question of the millennia is – what happens when mega-corporations are given the opportunity to rule the world through commoditization of the weather, water, and all food supplies?

This is where we are heading, and it is not only dangerous, but suicidal.

Weather disasters and crop loss

Weather control can be used to corporatize all of our natural food supply and eliminate small family farmers who rely on each year’s crop to make it through to the next season. Control the weather and the seed source, and you essentially control all food production, period.

But could this be happening? Could someone be controlling our weather for profit? Let’s take a look at a bit of weather history as it applies to the agricultural sector:

United States

Droughts in the United States result in an average economic loss between $6,000,000,000 and $8,000,000,000 annually, while severe hail producing storms result in up to $2,300,000,000 damage to crops and over $2,000,000,000 in property loss annually. Snowpack, rain enhancement, and hail suppression weather mitigation projects help reduce these losses, and additional research in these areas will make existing programs even more effective and permit them to better quantify their impacts.

S. 601 (111th): Weather Mitigation Research and Development Policy Authorization Act of 2009

According to the EPA,

Recent studies indicate that increased frequency of heat stress, droughts and floods negatively affect crop yields and livestock beyond the impacts of mean climate change, creating the possibility for surprises, with impacts that are larger, and occurring earlier, than predicted using changes in mean variables alone.

http://www.epa.gov/climatechange/effects/agriculture.html

Data from the US National Assessment Report 2002 Projection indicates that

…by 2030, US maize production losses due to extreme precipitation events and excess soil moisture could nearly double from today’s levels. Based on our previous extrapolation to total US long-term agricultural damage, we thus project that increased precipitation events in the US could lead on average to losses of B$3 billion per year by the 2030s, due to increased excess soil moisture conditions. [does not include drought or other conditions]

2011 breaks the record for climate disasters in the USA:

The USA has endured 12 billion-dollar weather and climate disasters in 2011, breaking the record of nine set in 2008, according to the National Climatic Data Center.

Half of the 12 disasters were severe weather and tornado outbreaks in the spring and early summer.

The aggregate damage from these 12 events is approximately $52 billion. Once all the damages are totaled, 2011 will probably end up the third-costliest weather year of all time after 2005 (Hurricane Katrina) and 1988 (extreme drought, heat wave).

Worldwide

The USA had company as it suffered through devastating weather and climate disasters in 2011. The entire world endured its costliest year ever for losses from natural disasters at more than a third of a trillion dollars in damage, according to a report released Wednesday by global reinsurance firm Munich Re.

What becomes apparent after looking at these statistics is that weather related crop disasters are on the rise.

Every dead plant is another dollar for Monsanto

The Midwest is known as the breadbasket. In fact, the U.S. produces approximately 40% of the world’s corn, most of which is grown in the Midwest. This area has a tendency to flood catastrophically (1993, 2008, 2011) when it’s not experiencing drought conditions.  This corn belt is a good target for “stress tolerance” genes such as Monsanto’s drought tolerant corn recently deregulated by the USDA.

Enter the Monsanto solution, which is not a solution at all, but a snare.  But your family is hungry, and you are about to lose your farm, so what do you do? What if a company such as Monsanto promises that it has the solution to your problem, and just happens to be the only seed supplier around? These are hard questions.

What we cannot do is succumb to the deception, whatever it takes. Promises of higher yield, better resistance, and good quality are simply marketing tools used by unscrupulous salesmen to promote the captivity that results from coming into agreement with an agenda that actively engages in the mass genetic altering of the planet for profit. Make no mistake about it. When you tear open that bag of Monsanto seed, you are driving another stake into the heart of humanity, and building your own prison.

The Monsantopoly

At the rate that acreage devoted to biotech crops is increasing, it won’t be long until maximum saturation is achieved, and genetic contamination unavoidable.

As Monsanto, et al, gain more control over seed supplies, how easy it would be to simply withhold seeds or make them so expensive that only the ones that can afford it can buy them. No seeds, no crops. No crops, no food. No food…… another Holodomor.

The Holodomor, or Hunger plague, was a famine engineered by the Soviet Union as part of a series of actions, including mass executions, designed to destroy the Ukrainian nation.

http://www.holodomor.org.uk/

Why allow so much power in the hands of a few? This historically leads to disaster.

The following is a chart depicting Monsanto’s net sales from 2008 – 2011 just in the seed and genomics segment of the business:

The next chart depicts Monsanto’s total net sales, including pesticides, seeds, etc., and worldwide acres devoted to GMO cultivation from 2004 – 2011:

As weather becomes more and more unpredictable, natural disasters causing crop damage increase. Accordingly, Monsanto sales and acres of farmland devoted to biotech crops are increasing to match the trend. This is disaster capitalism at its best.

Patenting the Climate Genes

The following linked article cites 532 climate change patents, and that is for the year 2008. When I searched the patent database a couple of months ago, there were over 3,900 stress tolerance patents for Monsanto alone. That is a rate of increase of 649%. http://www.etcgroup.org/en/node/687

Of particular interest is a Monsanto abiotic stress tolerance patent that specifically targets issues related to “climate change” mitigation procedures such as geoengineering. This patent covers…

…enhanced growth and/or germination in cold, drought, flood, heat, UV stress, ozone increases, acid rain, pollution, salt stress, heavy metals, mineralized soils, and other abiotic stresses,

http://www.freepatentsonline.com/7851676.html

…and addresses just about everything from apples to zucchini.

So, it appears to be full steam ahead with climate ready genes just waiting to spread out into the wide open spaces and propagate, and Monsanto, spearhead of the biotech industry, in conjunction with the US government and other biotech interests, isn’t wasting any time.

US government approves Monsanto seed experiment across America

The giant GMO corporation has been given the go-ahead to test a man-made corn variant which apparently can thrive in dry, unfavorable conditions. Much of the American south and southwest is experiencing abnormally arid conditions, and Monsanto says that the GMO seed could thrive under these drought conditions and “revitalize” a large portion of the nation’s agriculture.

Drought Tolerance in Soybeans

The long-term goal of the NCSB scientists is to solve this problem through the delivery of high-yielding drought-tolerant varieties to U.S. farmers. We utilize both traditional breeding and marker-assisted selection programs, and functional genomics tools to dissect the molecular genetic mechanisms and to improve stress tolerance in soybean.

Cold Tolerance in Trees

On May 12th, 2010, USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (”APHIS”) approved for continued field tests the planting of genetically modified eucalyptus trees in seven states, stretching from Florida to Texas. [These trees are engineered for cold weather, cause drought, and are extremely invasive.]

Conclusion

Source: Unknown

Intent is normally proven by an overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence since it is unlikely that someone on trial for murder would openly admit any cold-blooded intent to do the deed. What is needed to prove intent is a series of events and circumstances that show beyond reasonable doubt that the end result was an accumulation of deliberate choices intending to result in the desired outcome. For instance, there is a difference between the case of a man finding his wife in bed with another man and furiously leaping on him and killing him, and the man who decides to off the guy in the woods, and makes plans to do so then carries out those plans.

In the biotech takeover case, we can trace certain events in Monsanto’s history that will lead us to only one conclusion. And that is, that Monsanto’s agenda (intent) of owning the world’s food supply through seeds is a huge piece of the puzzle in a world control agenda that could leave us all destitute, devoid of essential food and water, and on the brink of extinction unless we do something now. If this company is not involved directly in geoengineering events that cause crop damage, it most certainly has no reservations about capitalizing on them, and taking every advantage to further the biotech takeover and corporate control of our natural ecosystems and food supply.

Planting something such as GMOs that are so destructive to nature and the people who eat them is not the ethical choice to combat weather related crop disasters. It is a short term solution to a long term problem that simply will not do anything but lead back to the very same problem we had in the beginning. Only this time we will be indebted to the biotech industry and completely dependent on it for survival. And that survival is a moot point because of the nature of the beast. Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and the pesticides sprayed on them such as Glyphosate are poisons, and if we buy into the lies saying that they are beneficial, they will be the last thing we eat.

The government has shut off Colorado’s well water, all wells of which were dug for farm survival during drought conditions. Why would the government do such a thing? The government shut off the water to California’s fertile San Joaquin Valley, causing over 50% unemployment in the region, loss of tons of needed U.S. produce, and the loss of small farms and livelihoods. Why? To save the Bay smelt? Excuse me? Are these people insane or just plain evil? It all smells like the UN’s Agenda 21 to me. Since the Morons of America have been playing their right-left, red-blue, Dem-Pub, “divide and conquer,” political game, we have lost our Republic, our Constitution and Rule of Law, and our Bill of Rights. Fascism has indeed come to America. Where in the hell are the MEN in this country? Why haven’t they turned the water back on in California? Why aren’t they pumping well water in Colorado and saving their crops? Have people really become this dumbed down? Is the American spirit completely dead?

Here’s an article you all might find interesting. They can make “dumb Pollock” jokes all they want, but the Polish people and government seem to be a lot smarter than Americans, who are allowing themselves to be poisoned to death with GMOs and chemicals.

I don’t know how else they’de get at these vast riches buried under ice if they didn’t manipulate the weather.

Not for all the oil in the world would I give up blue skies and sunshine.

  4. Goldbug36 says:

The American people have been so dumbed down (intentionally), when one tries to talk about any of these problems, they think you’re a whack job. Nobody seems to have heard of Agenda 21 or ICLEI either. Our country and the entire world are being taken over without a single shot being fired. I’m in So. Illinois; the weather is weird here. We no longer have gentle rains; we have severe storms, 60-mph winds and hail .. between chemtrails, that is. The people better wake up, because we’re in big trouble here. Our locals have taken their 30 pieces of silver and have sold us out.

  5. James says:

Weather modification. All I could do was watch this happen on a daily basis just before the rainy season was to come ashore along the West Coast. From where I live in Orange County, CA, I could see along the coast chemtrails that dried up any chance of rain to come ashore until the very end of our rainy season and then, not one chemtrail is to be seen anyplace. With all of the people I pointed this out to, not one of them showed any concern that it was going to affect them sooner or later. Just bury their heads in the dirt and don’t tell me someone is out to kill, steal and destroy me. Now we have terrible weather related drought in the Mid West and fires out of control in four different locations. Tornado’s struck out of season in a number of states. Why? That same seeding of the air over the coastline that kept the seasons moisture from coming ashore and reaching into those states where it should have rained. Somewhere out there there is all the proof needed to show the people of this nation that a company is doing these things for a profit, damn be the people that are in the way of our cash flow. Try as I may, getting people to get their heads out of their azzes I find more difficult then coming up with the evidence of such actions.

  6. Barbara Talbert says:

Drought resistant traits may benefit the plant but what about the people who have to eat the plant and have their genetics changed by eating it? What about the people who have to live in the areas where extreme weather (the effect of the earth trying to cleanse itself by water, wind or fire or downright upheaval)is happening. Yet these companies continue to dominate our government, our universities, and our food and dirty it all up again. Enough of money made from human misery.

  7. Abe says:

Monsantin has been working on drought and aluminum resistants seeds for some time now. Up in Minnesota last summer we had a drought after record snow & rains. We just had 10″ of rain in a week. Yes they are screwing with the weather! Did any one notice anything unusual about Hurricane Alberto? Like spawning off the Carolina coast, heading SW to South Carolina, then abruptly doing an 180 turn? No matter how they spin it, it’s not normal!

    http://tropic.ssec.wisc.edu/re.....npage.html

You should find the 2nd from the bottom rather interesting.
Remember when Hurricane Irene was heading to the Gulf of Mexico? Texas was on fire! They could of really used the rain for the fires and drought! But Irene did a right angle turn up the already soggy East Coast. This is when Virginia had that big earthquake. Watch the video below. Dutchsinse has hours upon hours looking into HAARP and those ionisphere heaters. Heat is energy! Heat is what powers a hurricane. That MIMIC site show those heaters in action.

Any one whant to check out that site at the U of W check it out.

the “United States” is a corporation (since 1872) and the USDA, FDA, BLM, USFS, USFG,TSA, HS, and others are simply subsidiaries of that corporation… and they all work for other (especially money making) corporations, like monsanto, calgro, dynacorp, cocacola, pepsico, haliburton, etc… They are only concerned about their bottom line not about the public. Interestingly they are not concerned about their own food sources, their own clean air, their own clean water.
They appear to be unwittingly going down the same tubes as us… only maybe a little later.
totally makes no sense… but when coruption and greed rule… common sense is the first to go along with the truth.
we must take care of ourselves, we cannot depend on them. learn to get down into your hearts, this is what the indigenous people have been teaching… we were too smart to pay attention.

  9. waimeajim says:

I have posted this on other sites, and this is a basis of contention to slow down the proliferation of GMO foods.
I have said that patentable seeds and sprouts that grow from these patentable seeds are NOT considered food.
The crops that grow from these patentable seeds should be considered engineered products and should have Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS)for each patented seed and varieties, much like every chemical that is produced has one.
The MSDS would cover hazards, toxicity, exposure levels, long term effects and information first responders would need to assess a spill fire, or explosion, of these products.
The products would also need to be listed in a first responders handbook that would be required by all methods of transportation of the product.
This would be a way to hold Monsanto and other biogenetics corporations accountable for their products.
Sue them if they don’t comply and report them to the EPA.
