Perhaps a second song can be produced by Maimouna describing the destruction that the Green Revolution has done for more than 20 years, and continues to get away with in third world countries. Poisoning the earth with petro-chemical products that kill the living organisms in our soil, poison the waters, causing cancer, not allowing the small indigenous farmers, who already know what to do with diversity, organically, to collect seed as they have done forever which is EVERYONE’s natural right. And the fact that Roundup is poisoning our waterways; there was a dead zone in the Gulf of Mexico long before BP spilled one drop of oil, something like the size of Texas! Please send this to Vendana Shiva if you haven’t already. Perhaps a We-are-the-World-style video with many performers could be done well on all these subject…and war…and nuclear…and… Thank you!
