   If Americans do not stop electing Republicans and Democrats we will lose our nation. Both parties are bent on destroying the small farmer in American to support large Corporate operations. The passage of S 510 the food safety act was not to ensure safe food, but to remove all the small farming industry, to financially stop the small farmer from affording to prove his produce meets Government testing at the source. The scam of poluted Tomato’s then announced it was peppers from Mexico after the tomato crop was destroyed, then it was Spinach, then Peanuts, as the reason to take complete control of our produce. Wake up Farmers of America, we have a government that wants to turn us off. Lack of water for the California farmers to protect a little 3″ fish, shows our government will go to any end to drive farmers to bankrupcy. Don’t surrender, fight back to Restore not Change America.

   Hey Barbara — Merry Christmas! You might want to post or link to Karen de Coster’s recent LewRockwell.com blog entry on this issue, which sheds a lot of light on who is making these decisions. Also have you mentioned Vermont’s new proposed Resolution for Food Sovereignty? That would be a great one for all fifty states. And plant ’em if you got ’em!!
