  1. I am doing the same sort of thing, Olga. Who knows what damage has been caused by our ingestion of this poison. My favorite foods are raw, but I also cook and bake from scratch. This takes more time than simply running to the store for a loaf of bread, but well worth it.

    Great report. I used to be a farmer and know what Cargill was
    back then. We had to use gloves and masks when we handled corn
    seed. Now living in Phoenix, we had to install a filtration
    system and hope it is removing most of the flouride. But when
    I was younger I lived in Florida and didn’t know about the damage Flouride can do. I developed a dead thyroid, irregular
    heart beat etc. Wonder if that could be from the flouride I
    knew nothing about back then. Also am a diabetic and wonder if
    that isn’t from something I am consuming that I don’t know about, as we try very hard to eat foods from scratch, etc. One
    step forward and 2 steps backwards, it seems.
