Aerosol Spraying, Weaponized Viruses, and Baxter

Barb’s note: It seems that Joseph Moshe was trying to warn us of just this soon to be occurrence. Remember the guy who supposedly was making threats against the White House, was dragged from his car after being tasered, his cell phone blocked, then let go?     This man was handcuffed,I dont know why everyone says that he wasn’t.
    I watched online from KTLA and KCAL helicopters that day till the end even watched the robot that fell over on its side.
    He did get handcuffed as they walked him too the ambulance.
