Farm Wars

Santa Claus is not who you think he is. In fact, the myth of Santa Claus appears to be a very powerful psyop. Think not? Read on…

Brainwashing an entire country is a daunting task. So, how does one go about it? How about starting at childhood. That would be the most effective plan.

Take for example, teaching people to accept Big Brother in the form of a merry old gift-giver called Santa Claus, who is promoted by parents everywhere. Everyone loves Christmas and Santa Claus! If you don’t, you are a Grinch! A mean, old, ugly, disgusting Grinch who likes to steal joy from children and grown-ups alike.

Brilliant. Simply brilliant. And the whole country goes along, merrily singing and playing into the game. Never questioning the motive behind the scenes.

Just like Monsanto’s genetically engineered, patented concoctions promoted as “green, sustainable and solving the world hunger problem.” People believe it because they want to. Because it is easier to believe the lie and go along with the program. Key word “program.” Marketing. Social engineering. Just like the Santa Claus program.

Here is the original version of Santa Claus is Coming to Town. No, it’s not just an innocuous children’s song. Just substitute the words “Santa Claus” with “Big Brother.” Ingenious marketing and social engineering technique.

You better watch out
You better not cry
Better not pout
I’m telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town

He’s making a list
And checking it twice;
He’s gonna find out
Who’s naughty or nice
Santa Claus is coming to town

He sees you when you’re sleeping
He knows when you’re awake
He knows if you’ve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!

You better watch out!
You better not cry
You better not pout
I’m telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town

He sees you when you’re sleeping
He knows when you’re awake
He knows if you’ve been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake

You better watch out!
You better not cry
You better not pout
I’m telling you why
Santa Claus is coming to town”

    Bah-humbug to you too.

Of course it’a psy-op, i agree, i’m muttering it to myself every year in the run up to it.Complaining that (observing nature) it’s the time of year -following harvest when “all is safely gathered in,e’re the winter storms begin’- we should all be resting up a bit, around the fires. The nights draw in early indicating earlier to bed to sleep, to rest up more; wild animals & insects go into hibernation, while what do we do? go and have the biggest bash of the year right slap bang in the time of resting & peace, that’s what.
But we cannot put an end to it. Though some have tried.Oliver Cromwell in our country was one, but he turned out to be just another diktat. I know of folk who turn very religious or cultish as Christmas approaches, as they smugly tell you how they are of a certain strict religion,or ideology that ”won’t” permit them to buy gifts or celebrate, and i am filled with a certain disdain over their cheek and passing of the buck. That they will be depriving their kids of something they enjoyed, took for granted in fact most probably, when they were children themselves. Oh i know (and as they keenly point out)they don’t need Christmas to give gifts,(if all of them actually do) that’s true. But they are not alone in the giving out of season. Perhaps if there was more honesty about, such as ‘i can’t afford to do Christmas.’ or ‘i’m not into it.’ we might start getting somewhere.
My biggest complaint of all though, is that it’s all unfair on poorer people, our commercial society dictates how we have to be in step with the latest fashion, the latest gadget(albeit that-to be fair- these often make for easier more convenient living)but if our kids aren’t wearing the latest brand name trainers on their feet, somehow, we’re wicked parents. This aspect is perhaps, not quite so bad now as more folk shop at charity shops. But it got a bit out of hand some years ago. So that’s the biggest worry that the money won’t eke out enough to buy everything.

BUT…despite it all,-we have to admit-there is a certain Spirit about somehow, we end up immersed in it all, the reaching out to others with greetings, the sharing in the joy and presence of the Christ child (even unbelievers, i’m sure, feel it too, perhaps it’s to do with something in nature or God within us even if unknowingly) Suddenly there seems an air of magic, of the miraculous, surprises, as something good can come our way, the stroke of luck (i’ve often found the perfect gift to buy for someone at a knock down price i could afford or some unexpected money has come my way.) Something has come to our rescue. You are aware at such times of spiritual help. It might not work in this way for everyone, but others may have their own personal accounts of how it is with them.

Then it’s also the time as the old year is ending of reflecting back over all the events, the joys, the tears, then we are re-energised as we turn the page, new beginnings, make new plans, we start anew.

Overall, i end up when the time comes, enjoying the festival, immersed in the warmth, the love and caring for others and strengthened somehow by its return (“We reap what we sow” Yeshua/Jesus) I found myself telling someone recently that ” We discover we have a heart at Christmas.” Amidst the joy and appreciation of loved ones with us at this moment in all eternity and those gone before us,the tears, the happiness.
What i do find irritating -and we’re coming to it soon, (where’s my earplugs) -will be all around me, hearing folk complaining (and it’s become a habit to say it, i’m sure)”I hate January” & i wonder why. True, in this country (UK) we can experience the worst of the winter’s storms in January/Feb/March and even schizoid & beautiful April with its rainbows. But don’t these folk realise that the clocks have turned, the days start to lengthen, new roots are stirring underground, another month and the first of the lambs will be born, the first of the hardy tough flowers snowdrops, crocuses, polyanthuses -who know what struggle is all about-that will please our eyes and souls will be all around us soon and it’s a promise.

  3. Every day is the season ;)

OF COURSE “Santa Claus” was/is a psyop! Just like the truncation of Christ Mass to Christmas, though much longer ago (and unverified by me!). No matter. ‘Tis the season to take responsibility for treasuring GOD’s gifts — that which we have in our hearts; shining forth the Light within to all (Yogi Bhajan taught something worth remembering — If you cannot see GOD in all, you cannot see GOD at all.); and continuing to do so forever and ever more. AMEN

A poem I wrote for dear wife of 30 years, my gift to you all, too.

    Christ Mass 2016

’Tis a Season (see Sun!) for the senses,
GOD-given, through Grace, for good reason.
    GOD gave us
eyes to look out to see,
    ears to listen to hear,
    nose to sniff to smell,
    skin to touch to feel,
tongue and heart to taste, to know,
    Each to celebrate GOD’s gifting
    To all –
    man and woman,
    old and young,
    bad and good,
    rich and poor –
    Who live –
    our dead, dearly departed,
    once near, now far away,
    whether down or up
    I cannot say, no matter,
    Not mine to judge anyway,
    so sayeth the LORD –
    Who breathe –
    inhaling to receive,
    exhaling, giving back,
    sinusoidal oscillation,
    24/7, sleep optional,
    eternal vacillation –
    Who be –
    here and now,
    hardly ever ever elsewhere,
    except, occasionally, periodically,
in Mind, out of Mind, mindless,
to lose SELF, just to find, once again,
    SELF forever.
    Pray, Fast, and Meditate!
    MAY LOVE, PEACE, AND JOY
    BE OUR HEARTS’ CONTENT,
    ALWAYS!
