Wisconsin farmer, Vernon Hershberger is facing criminal charges for feeding his community. Vernon supplies wholesome food to a private food club of 200 members. The outcome of his trial will set precedent for all food clubs around the country! If Vernon is found guilty, not only could he go to prison for more than a year, we will see criminal charges, or the threat of criminal charges, used to shut down buying clubs around the country and limit the food choices of peaceful Americans!
While Vernon is on trial in the courtroom, raw milk is on trial in the court of public opinion. Join us for a “Grow Your Food Freedom” meeting and networking event happening in conjunction with the trial. Notable speakers/activists from around the country will be sharing their knowledge at this community event. There will be movie screenings in the evenings. Seems to be a news block on this case. Even on their website with the “after court updates” which are impossible to hear, that is the only place I can find anything on this case. in otherwords why are we left in the dark on what has happened in court this week???

Wisconsin is a foreign country?
The assault on Americans and their right can be attributed to a unfamiliar policy referred to as the Federal Conformity Clause. In essence, the system is designed to facilitate defacto government encroachment in the several states.
Case in point, Congress created the Food for Peace program, (7 U.S.C. 1691 et seq),an international agreement, administered through the Department of Interior,(Agriculture) (Commodity Credit Corporation), hats are changed, according to the background.
One of the pertinent provisions of the Act, is that it’s not be exercised in the several states. With that as a background, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer authority, amended per Public Law 111-8 reproduced below, is limited to the Food for Peace Act.

§ 1701. Economic assistance and food security
(a) In general
The President shall establish a program under this subchapter to provide for the sale of agricultural
commodities to developing countries and private entities for dollars on credit terms, or for local
currencies (including for local currencies on credit terms) for use under this subchapter. Such program
shall be implemented by the Secretary.
(b) General authority
To carry out the policies and accomplish the objectives described in section 1691 of this title, the
Secretary may negotiate and execute agreements with developing countries and private entities to
finance the sale and exportation of agricultural commodities to such countries and entities.

Sec. 718. None of the funds made available in fiscal year 2009 or
preceding fiscal years for programs authorized under the Food for Peace
Act (7 U.S.C. 1691 et seq.) in excess of $20,000,000 shall be used to
reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for the release of eligible
commodities under section 302(f)(2)(A) of the Bill Emerson Humanitarian
Trust Act (7 U.S.C. 1736f-1): Provided, That any such funds made
available to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation shall only be
used pursuant to section 302(b)(2)(B)(i) of the Bill Emerson
Humanitarian Trust Act.
Sec. 732. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there is
hereby appropriated:
(1) $1,877,000 of which $1,408,000 shall be for a grant to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection, and $469,000 shall be for a grant to the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Foods, and Markets, as authorized by section 6402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note);
I’ll bet the spirit of my deceased father is following this, lol… back in the ’50s and ’60s, when I was a kid, my dad kick-started his dream of having a small dairy. We had 10 acres on the outskirts of a small city and began to milk (by hand) about 10 Jersey cows, handling the milk, the cows, and the customers according to highest standards. Cow’s health was tested regularly, as was the milk, which the customers loved to get in their own wide-mouth gallon glass jars, as they could skim off the luscious cream which rose to the top naturally, and make butter too. When local judicial action was taken to shut this little immaculate dairy down my dad and his loyal customers struggled for years to maintain their freedom of choice in this matter, costing huge amounts of time, effort, and money, which was an early lesson to me as a kid how ridiculously UNfree the USA really is—and the sham continues—may “the FORCE” be with Vernon and supporters!

Just this week May 1-7 2013 the EU is planning a law that takes total control on seeds for any plants, to only government approved seeds. Possession of any heritage seeds will be criminal. Already in other places in America, home gardeners have been fined for sharing vegetables with neighbors. In Salt Lake City, UT you must get a permit to grow any food items in your yard. Wake up America, and realize, Monsanto, Nestle and other corporations plan to control all food growing, and it will be illegal for you to grow any food yourself. Just Google my name, and you will see my plans to Restore not Change America. We must stop this Dictator takeover of the worlds New World Order. NOW It’s time to Pray, and save our nation, and the world from the coming death of Freedom.
